ANDREW & KYRA CARTER
Lead Pastor & Church Director

Pastor Andrew is the Lead Pastor of Royal City Church based in Los Angeles, CA (Inglewood) since October 2021. Both Andrew and his wife Kyra are the founders of Royal City Church, following the calling God gave them. Their passion is to tell the world about Jesus. They aspire to spread the gospel that will reach their community and the world.

Andrew and Kyra's never ending mission is to lead people to Jesus by providing teachings, leadership, fellowship and discipleship for the church and global community.

Pastor Andrew travels the world guest speaking at conferences, churches, and events. He is known for his testimony, appearing on television networks, podcasts and stages preaching the good news of Jesus Christ and sharing his experience of Our Father's transformational love.

​Andrew has three sons. Him and his wife, Kyra, have one daughter and another bundle of joy due in November 2025.

CHRISTIAN ROBBINS
Communication Specialist

Christian is the Communication Specialist for Royal City Church. He took this role in October 2022. His role is to manage communication strategies within the organization. He is responsible for ensuring messages are effectively communicated, understood, and aligned with Royal City Church objectives (both internally and externally), including but not limited to; social media, doctrine clarity, communication amoung staff, members, and leaders, and public relations. 

Christian and his wife, Regina, have three children.
